Return and Refund Policy for MuscleSupps
At MuscleSupps, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Discount vouchers used during the purchase will be considered redeemed even if the order is canceled.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and health concerns related to consumable products:
- Non-returnable items: Products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- Damaged or tampered packages: If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the shipment. Notify us immediately.
- Unboxing proof: Customers must provide an unboxing video and images showing the product condition, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Unopened products: Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under specific circumstances:
- Damaged or incorrect products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (unboxing video and images). After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
- Refund mode: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer upon sharing NEFT/RTGS details.
- Voucher refunds: Loyalty points or discount vouchers used during payment will not be refunded but credited back to your account in case of cancellations.
Important Notes
- Once the product seal is broken, returns or replacements will not be accepted.
- Refunds are subject to verification by our team based on the evidence provided.
- MuscleSupps reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if guidelines are not followed.
