  • We do not manipulate prices or engage in unfair trade practices under Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.

Payments

  • Payments must comply with RBI guidelines and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
  • All transactions are secured through SSL encryption. MuscleSupps is not liable for third-party payment gateway failures.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
  • International shipments may incur customs duties, payable by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

  • Governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are processed per RBI guidelines and issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
